Akumal Condo and Beach

This was the view of the pool and ocean from our condo balcony. We loved the pool and the crashing waves on the coral reef.
 In the pool.
 On our balcony.
A blow hole through the coral on our beach.
The sandy beach was a 5-10 minute walk from the condo.
We snorkeled 3 times and saw a bunch of sea turtles, sucker fish on their backs, lots of different types of fish, sting rays, squid looking things, and Alan saw a puff fish.

Hair and Quads

When we got back to Utah I cut my hair and gave it to Locks of Love.
Tonya and Debi came to see the house and we took Tonya out on the quads.

Tennessee Fun

A picture of Pa by the bed and feather mattress he made when he first got married in 1925. Us grand kids all slept in it over the years and have great memories of sinking into the feathers.
Mom made pillows for all of us kids from the feather bed for our Christmas present.
Standing outside of Cheddars in Cookeville. We are all stuffed to the gills with onion rings and soup!
In front of Muddy Pond Leather Shop.
 Most of the family there.
 The sistas sharing favorite candy.
after church we took some pictures.
The next day we went down to Clear Creek where we swam as kids and took pictures. The recent rains made the water high.
We played games and shot off a few of Tony's guns.
We said good-bye to Aunt Lois.

Helvatia Half Marathon

Sat, June 8, Liberty Fit, a club our school has that trained for running the 1/2 marathon.
I love the trees and beauty of the scenery on this run.
It was a pretty hot day and no shade the last 4 miles or so. Did pretty good until about 10 miles and then hit my usual wall where I feel sick and dry heave.
I finished in 2 hours and 55 minutes but felt sick for a couple of hours afterwards. I felt great after a little nap and was not really sore or anything. Go Liberty Fit!

The Wedding

The pictures are backward, but oh well! Last night we had the open house in our backyard. Here are the 4 grandkids that were there.
Ashleigh on the new patio we put in and the lighted parachute. The yard was beautiful and we had great help and got it all cleaned up and put away in about an hour.
Brides maids with the couple at the temple in UT.
All the siblings together. That was a great highlight, to see them all in the temple together. It was a great ceremony that her grandpa Call performed.
Quite a family affair,Call clan that was there.
It was a wonderful day with no problems, just enjoyment of family, friends, and the joyous event of the wedding sealing and reception.
 The first dance!
 The happy sweet couple.
Yay, they did it, they are legally bound for time and all eternity.
Coming out of the  Oquirrh Mountain Temple with all the families and friends waiting for them.

Yard Work

The front of the house with the yard all cleaned and bark put down.
We had some help spreading the last bit of bark dust tonight. We finished the sidewalk last week.
Relaxing after some hard work. Now we just have to get the pavers in for the patio area:)
