Halloween

We went to downtown Prosser and went trick or treating to all the businesses.
Lots of people, but it was a fun time.
Peppa pig, injured person, hogwarts player, and Japanese girl all got lots of candy.
Handing candy out at the ward trunk or treat.
Whitney's family were from Paddington.

The end of October

We went back to Portland and stayed with the Jarvis family and Hollenzer family. We went to the Salt and Straw for ice cream with Salli and Ken. It was very yummy ice cream with some weird variations on the normal ice cream we get.
We tried the chocolate covered crickets and mealworms and they were very good. They also took us to get ice cream in Beaverton at Handels, which was very good too.
On our way home from downtown Portland we saw this house all decorated for Halloween.
We ate at Gin Thai with the Hollenzers, Stockhoffs, and Jarvis's.
We then played hand and foot and the guys beat the girls by a long way.
Sunday after church we headed back to Ashleigh and Chad's in WA. We hit rain, snow, sleet, rainbows, and sun.
Meanwhile, back in our last area of Fray, we had 2 baptisms.
These two cousins want to serve missions after they have been members for a year. How exciting and what a blessing to them and the branch!
Baylee had her 8th birthday and we dropped donuts off for her class during lunch.
That evening we had family home evening and celebrated her birthday with Thornock and Call granparents in attendance.
Happy birthday dear Baylee!

Giving June rides around the house.
Going on walks around the neighborhood with June.
We tasted chocolate and cherry salsa at Chuckar Cherries in Prosser.
Playing in the backyard with June. Swings, trampoline, and seesaw are her favorites, and the hot tub that's not in the picture.

On our way and home

The youth wanted to have dinner with us at our favorite taqueria.
Each one said something about us and then we told them how much we love them and hope they stay strong in the gospel and do well in life.
They made posters and were so sweet, we will miss them so much!
Sunday after church we had tostadas.
In the hall outside the kitchen.
 Members eating in the chapel.
Saying goodbye to Esther, Lucrecia, and Vilma Garrido.
We went to the capital and stayed with John and Chris Norman and went to see Mama Mia 2.
We miraculously met Carolina Lopez in the capital. When we turned in our car she was at the area office waiting to go get her visa for her mission to Mexico. We all took the same van, which dropped her off at the mexican embassy, then dropped us off at the temple. Lots of hugs and tears!!
3 of our kids were able to meet us at the airport, one was a surprise. We didn't know she would be there.
Justin, Whitney, and Jamie. We plan to photoshop Ashleigh in later! (if she doesn't beat us to it)
