Our childhood friend, Cindi Robinson Smith, had a funeral for her son, Jake, who was killed on his motorcycle by a drunk driver early on Father's Day.
Her sister from Ohio, Shari Plank, came and Debi and I were able to talk to her a little bit. It was such a sweet and tender experience.
They had almost 30 motorcycles that was a motorcade for the hearse.
We went out to eat in Bountiful with our good friends, John and Chris Norman, Pres and matron of the Guatemala temple while we were there serving in Coban.
Benjamin Poou and his wife were set apart and trained as the next mission president in Guatemala, Coban by Elder Christofferson in SLC.
We had a mini missionary reunion in Sandy while they were in town.
Merry Christmas
